Ganesh Balakrishnan is the founder of a shoe brand called Flatheads. He was asking for an investment of RS 75 Lakh for a 33.3% equity. The shoe brand is exciting, especially considering Vineeta who already knows the brand. Ganesh's show company makes comfortable shoes from breathable fibres.
Ganesh begins to explain his business model, and also announces that 33% of his angel investors are no longer ready to invest. This is when he starts to get emotional, explaining that he has been working so hard to run his business.
Then, Anupam asks to know more about his personal life. Ganesh states that he is married with a 10-year-old daughter but his house runs on his wife's income alone. He explains that he has considered finding another job to help keep his family afloat.

Aman seems supportive, revealing that he picked up a job after his businesses didn't work. He would save up money and then would come up with a new business. Perhaps an inspiring story for everybody.

Then, in a beautiful moment, Anupam offers him a job and also states that he will invest once Ganesh is back on board with the basics of business. Then, Peyush and Vineeta jointly offer RS 75 Lakh for 33.3% equity. Ganesh asks for a moment to consider his options and decides to take the job offer given to him by Anupam.

“Thank you very much. I thought a lot. I think I need to reevaluate my priorities in my life. I think I will work with the D2C brand, learn for a couple of years and come back.” He is teary-eyed as he says this.

Aman congratulates Ganesh, telling him how big of a deal it is for him to announce this. Viewers and fans of the show also have the same opinion.
