After the truth about Guy's telegram comes out, Nan has been in a dilemma, indicating that she feels a bit confused about being with Theo. But she cannot choose Guy, as the latter has already proposed to Jean for marriage and has made it clear to Nan that it would be in their best interest to move on.
The next episode may focus on how Nan feels about the dilemma and who she will finally choose.
Also, since episode 8 is titled 'Wedding of the Season', we can expect a wedding to happen.
Jinny would get away from toxic James
In episode 7, we saw a shift in Jinny as she started to see the real face of James. She was no longer being manipulated by him. She also seemed to feel suffocated by being what she had become after living with him.
But what could stop Jinny from calling an end to the relationship could be her pregnancy. Yes, in episode 7, we see Jinny caressing her stomach at times, indicating that she could be pregnant with James, which would give her a hard time breaking it off with him.
Would Guy marry Jean?
In the end of episode 7, we see Guy telling Nan that he had proposed to Jean to marry him. This could mean that the wedding that we are expecting in the episode could be between Guy and Jean, because Theo and Nan did not end on good terms in the last episode.

Patti had told Tracy that she would divorce him once Nan got married to Theo, but what would happen to her plan if Nan and Theo did not get on good terms?
