MobLand has never been a show to play its cards slow — it began with a bang and never looked back; from betrayals buried under bloodstains to eggs-as-metaphors monologues that would make Shakespeare shudder, it’s been a wild, deliciously deranged ride. And now, as we approach the Season 1 Finale, MobLand isn’t just drawing curtains — it’s yanking them down with a growl.
Episode 9 set the chessboard ablaze, swapped the pieces with ancient family totems, and told the audience: "You figure it out." The metaphor shifted from black and white squares to “mummies and daddies” — a theme that now seeps through every storyline, every stare, every twisted alliance.
So, what can we expect from Episode 10 — the grand finale?
Let’s put the kettle on, pour a stiff one, and unravel the chaos that awaits.
The Fall — or Rise — of Harry: Puppet, Pawn, or Kingmaker?

From the beginning, Harry has played the quiet card — the fixer, the peacemaker, the invisible glue holding Harrigan madness together. But like all great tragedies (and this is shaping up to be one), it’s always the quiet ones.
Episode 9 practically screamed his intentions. The man’s weary expression isn’t just from stress; it's from standing too long in the wings, waiting for his cue. And now, with Conrad and Maeve detained, Harry isn’t waiting anymore.
The finale will almost certainly pivot on Harry’s secret pact with Kat — the shadowy string-puller whose past with Harry goes back two years. He claimed their first chat was inconsequential. But if you believe that, you probably believe Richie’s a misunderstood soul.
Here’s the theory that’s hard to shake: Kat didn’t just reach out randomly. She saw Harry for what he truly is — not a loyal aide but a man tired of carrying bags for a dysfunctional mob family. A man who, with just the right nudge, could become king.
Expect episode 10 to finally peel back the layers on Harry and Kat’s “arrangement.” The seven-hour window between his meetings with O’Hara and Kat suggests strategic maneuvers. Will he convince O’Hara to align with him, framing the transition of power as a move for stability, not betrayal? Will Kat demand more than Harry’s ready to give?
And most importantly — does Harry truly believe he can wear the Harrigan crown without it burning him alive?
Kat McAllister: Queenpin-in-Waiting or Queenmaker?

Kat has been a specter all season — rarely seen but always felt. The moment she sent Donnie to “remind” Harry of their agreement, the game changed. She’s not just a back-pocket option; she’s the architect of a coup.
What does she really want? Power, clearly — but not just any power. Kat wants to sit at the negotiating table of London’s criminal empire and serve caviar from plates carved out of Harrigan bones.
In the finale, we’re likely to see Kat step into the light. Her meeting with Harry is key. Will she pull strings from behind the scenes, or demand a throne of her own beside him? Is she grooming Harry as a temporary ally — or a disposable pawn?
If Richie sniffs out her involvement, all hell may break loose because he’s not forgiving.
Richie’s Revenge: A Bloody End or a Twisted Alliance?

Let’s talk Richie.
The dartboard philosopher with a penchant for poetic brutality has been underestimated too many times. Episode 8 showed what happens when you cross him — Fisk and Mukasa found that out the hard way.
But Richie’s not just muscle with a dart fetish. He’s smart, strategic, and vengeful. And now, he’s out for blood. He wants the Harrigans destroyed — but ironically, they may already be self-destructing.
Yet Richie’s real test may come from Tattersall, who offered him promises soaked in gasoline. “Let me handle the Harrigans,” he said. But if you heard a quiet click behind those words, it was likely the cocking of a double-cross.
The smart money says Tattersall is playing both sides. He might strike a deal with Conrad and Maeve to ensure his own pockets stay lined. If so, Richie’s rage will reach volcanic levels.
Expect the finale to either give Richie a satisfying reckoning — or set him on a scorched-earth warpath for season 2.
Dirty Cop or Survivalist Snake?

Detective Tattersall walks with the tired arrogance of a man who knows the system bends for him — or at least, that he knows where to bend it.
He told Richie he’d "take care" of the Harrigans. But there was something oily about the way he said it. A promise too smooth. And the idea that he’d hand the Harrigans over to justice instead of carving a side deal? Please.
There’s a strong chance Tattersall leverages Conrad and Maeve’s desperation for his gain. Immunity in exchange for secrets? Protection in exchange for cash? Maybe he even cuts them loose, believing Harry’s betrayal will ensure they’re no longer a threat.
But if Conrad and Maeve do walk, expect them to return with fury, teeth bared — and possibly, a new enemy: their own son.
Maeve and Conrad: Too Evil to Die?

Let’s be real — viewers want them gone. Preferably in the most grotesque, Game-of-Thrones-ian fashion possible. But with Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan giving performances that steal every scene, the showrunners would be mad to let them go just yet.
Yes, they were arrested. But dead? Doubtful. Episode 10 might see them strike a last-minute deal for their release. Or maybe — just maybe — they escape through some brilliantly unhinged Maeve monologue and a betrayal so thick you could spread it on toast.
Either way, don’t count them out. Their return could be the exact chaos bomb needed to upend Harry and Kat’s plan.
The Politician’s Daughter, The Fixer’s Mole?

Bella’s storyline flew under the radar — until now. Her dinner with Antoine, her dad, the Home Secretary, and the arms dealer turned out to be a total setup. But for whom?
Bella has spent the season trying to earn her father’s approval — or maybe punish him. But in the finale, her role may evolve into something far more dangerous. Does she switch sides? Is she working with Kat or Harry? Or was this all part of a bigger sting?
Expect Bella to be a wild card in the finale. And wild cards — as MobLand has taught us — often explode.
What Awaits in the Endgame?

Episode 10 promises a dramatic convergence of all storylines. The Harrigan dynasty is cracking. Harry, once the glue, is now the hammer. Kat may finally emerge from the shadows. Richie is sharpening his knives. Tattersall is doubling down. And the “mummies and daddies” game? It’s about to reach checkmate.
There may be a betrayal no one sees coming. A resurrection of power from the most unlikely player. Perhaps even a death so shocking, it resets the board entirely for season 2.
MobLand has never played fair. It won’t start now.
But one thing is certain: when the dust settles in Episode 10, the game will never be the same again.
