Sabrina’s transfer to New York leaves her friends heartbroken, while Fatima’s secret mission creates tension in her relationship with Zac. Meanwhile, Andy discovers that Cheyenne’s latest guest could bring trouble straight to her doorstep.
The 13th episode of Sistas Season 10 opens at the hospital, where Maurice arrives to learn that Sabrina is being transferred to New York. Danny explains that Sabrina’s mother has arranged the move, leaving Maurice confused about how someone who has been absent from her daughter’s life can suddenly take control. Although he questions her intentions, he eventually accepts that the transfer could give Sabrina her best chance of survival.
Danny, however, refuses to hide her frustration. As Sabrina’s mother prepares to take her daughter away, Danny confronts her about abandoning Sabrina during the most difficult moments of her life. She reminds the woman that Sabrina faced serious hardships, including being wrongly imprisoned and suffering childhood abuse, without her mother being there to support her. Sabrina’s mother insists that she cannot be blamed for things she never knew about, but Danny argues that a genuinely involved parent would have recognized the warning signs.
Andy also defends Sabrina’s friends, making it clear that their love and support cannot be dismissed simply because they are not related by blood. When Sabrina’s mother explains that her lawyers are handling her daughter’s apartment and personal affairs, the friends become even more uncomfortable with the situation.
Fatima reveals that she has researched the hospital in New York and believes it offers Sabrina the best chance of recovery. With the paperwork in order, there is nothing the friends can do to stop the transfer. As Sabrina is wheeled away, Danny struggles to contain her emotions, while Fatima asks her mother to keep them updated.
Rich Opens Up to Madison About Sabrina
After leaving the hospital, Rich heads to a bar, where Madison notices that he seems emotionally drained. He explains that he is relieved Sabrina will receive proper medical care but devastated that they never resolved their issues before her accident left her in a coma.
Madison encourages him to acknowledge his feelings rather than allow unresolved problems to haunt him. As their conversation continues, Rich admits that his relationship with Sabrina fell apart partly because she caught him having sex with another woman just one day after they broke up.
He insists that the encounter meant nothing, but Madison questions his explanation when he reveals that the woman was a longtime friend. Rich claims the situation was spontaneous, yet Madison understands why Sabrina suspected that something more had been happening between them.
Before leaving, Rich explains that he and Sabrina also struggled over their future. Sabrina wanted children, while he was initially reluctant to become a father. Although he eventually changed his mind, discovering that he carried the sickle cell trait complicated their plans. Their relationship became increasingly difficult, and Sabrina ultimately ended things.
Madison sympathizes with him, suggesting that sometimes two people can have genuine feelings but still struggle because of circumstances and timing.
Danny Finds Comfort in Tony
Danny returns home to find Tony waiting for her. Having already heard about Sabrina’s transfer from Rich, he asks how she is holding up. Danny admits that she is devastated and wishes she could somehow undo the accident that changed everything.
She also explains why Sabrina’s mother’s sudden involvement feels so unfair. Tony listens patiently and encourages her to take things one step at a time.
When Danny begins falling asleep, Tony offers to leave, but she asks him to stay. She admits that she sleeps better when he is beside her. Once they settle into bed, Danny begins experiencing what appears to be a panic attack as memories of her recent ordeal return.
Tony gently asks her to explain what is happening, and Danny admits that she cannot stop thinking about what almost happened to her. He reassures her that he is there for her, helping her calm down.
Meanwhile, Marcus remains outside, visibly frustrated. After taking his anger out on his car, he makes a phone call asking someone for help with the situation involving Tony.
Fatima’s Secret Mission Begins a Fight With Zac
Back home, Zac struggles with everything happening around him, particularly the threats against Andy and the danger surrounding his pregnant wife. He tells Fatima that watching her carry their baby makes him feel responsible for keeping his family safe.
Fatima reveals that she has found the person responsible for blowing up Andy’s car. Zac initially wonders why this would upset him, but she then admits that she visited the man and had her associates rough him up.
Zac is furious to learn that Fatima carried out the plan without telling him, especially because she had claimed to be with Andy the previous night. Fatima explains that she wanted to send a message to the people threatening their friends and show them that they would not be intimidated.
However, Zac is more concerned about the risks she took while pregnant. He points out that the man could have pulled a weapon on her, potentially putting both her and their unborn child in danger.
Fatima argues that she had backup and insists she did what was necessary. Zac counters that she cannot continue acting as though she is alone. Now that they are building a family together, he expects them to make dangerous decisions as a team rather than taking matters into their own hands.
Fatima eventually apologizes and promises not to put herself in such a dangerous position again without discussing it with him. Although Zac remains angry, the argument ends with Fatima acknowledging that her actions affected more than just herself.
Andy’s Apartment Turns Into a Dangerous Situation
At Andy’s apartment, Cheyenne questions why Andy is so upset about Sabrina’s transfer. She argues that Sabrina’s mother has every right to take care of her daughter. Andy disagrees, explaining that Sabrina’s friends have supported her through difficult times when her family was absent.
Cheyenne then makes the conversation personal, pointing out that Andy seems more committed to her friends than to their relationship as sisters.
Later, Andy contacts Dr. Von because she is feeling vulnerable and needs comfort. He agrees to visit, but before he arrives, Cheyenne is entertaining a man in the apartment.
The man boasts about his connections and offers to get Cheyenne whatever she needs. When she eventually asks him to leave, he refuses to take the hint and continues flirting with her.
The situation becomes awkward when Dr. Von arrives and finds the unexpected guest. Andy is equally shocked and immediately orders the man to leave, correcting him when he mistakenly refers to her home as Cheyenne’s apartment.
The visitor becomes confrontational, challenging Dr. Von and hinting that he should not be underestimated. Andy threatens to call security, and Cheyenne finally asks the man to leave.
Before departing, however, he comments on the apartment and its valuable belongings. Andy immediately suspects that he might be planning to return and rob the place. Once he is gone, Andy reprimands Cheyenne for bringing strangers into her home without permission. She warns that she will contact security and restrict Cheyenne’s ability to bring visitors into the building.
As the episode ends, Sabrina’s friends are left devastated by her departure, Fatima and Zac are forced to confront the consequences of her secret actions, and Andy faces a possible new threat inside her own home.
