But the goodbye party, in which Kevin thanked everyone and Chicago for helping him become what he became, was emotional and one of the best parts of this season so far.
Papa’s unbound love for his father
After Papa's father’s death, Papa felt intense grief. We got to see how Papa started changing his decisions to become what his father wanted him to be. He began choosing the paths that his father would have wanted him to take, which even involved him breaking up with Kenya. The next part of the episode may walk us through whether Papa will continue going on his father’s steps or whether he will realize that he can live the way he wants even though he loves his father.
Emmett got into more danger.
With Emmett’s failure to shoot Doud, he has attracted more danger to him and his family, which was never part of his plan. Now that they missed a shot at Doud, we can expect the latter to retaliate more dangerously. The next part can be about how bad a danger Doud would be to Emmet’s family and him. Or would Victor come to Emmett’s help?
Victor would kill Doud?
The last episode ended with Victor stepping out to shoot Doud after he learned that Emmett and Rob missed the shot. Fatima argues with him, trying to stop him from getting involved in it, but in vain. What follows, Victor, can be known once we get access to the second part of the show.
Well, since this season also saw the exit of one of the most primary characters of the show, Kevin, and since the season has two parts, it gives a hint that this could be the end of our favorite show.
